NEW TO YOGA?

We've got you covered with the tips below to have a successful first yoga experience!

  • Allow 15 minutes before your first class so you have time to park, find the studio and complete the CYS registration process 

  • Bring a mat, mat towel (yogi toes towel) and water

  • Refrain from eating 4 hours in advance of class time

  • Do not bring any valuable personal belongings into the studio (leave locked in your car)

  • Bring a friend. Everything is better with a yoga buddy!
