Michael has been studying Thai Massage in Thailand for years and has completed over 10,000 hours in training, teaching and practicing the ancient art.
The connections between the bodywork and yoga are fascinating and will be sure to leave you with a newfound awareness of your own therapeutic touch.
Michael has designed a sequence specifically for a partnership dynamic that can be easily followed by his lead.
